RIYADH, Saudi Arabia, May 25 (NNN-SPA) – Saudi Crown Prince, Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud, received on Friday, the U.S. Special Representative for Syria Engagement, James Jeffrey, in Jeddah.
They reviewed bilateral relations between the two countries and discussed the latest regional developments and the efforts exerted towards them.
Jeffery was a former infantryman, ambassador to Turkey and Iraq, and a 35-year veteran of the Foreign Service.
He was appointed in his current post in Aug, 2018, to negotiate the Syrian issue with concerned countries.– NNN-SPA
