NAIROBI, May 9 (NNN-KBC) — Twelve people died Thursday evening in a grisly accident at Arimi area along the Njoro –Elburgon Road.
Nakuru County Commissioner Loyford Kibaara said the accident involved a lorry and a 14-seater matatu.
Speaking to journalists at the scene of the accident, Elburgon MCA Peter Njuguna Mwaura said the bodies were moved to Molo sub county hospital mortuary.
Mwaura called for urgent rehabilitation of the road to prevent frequent accidents being witnessed in the area. — NNN-KBC
