King Mohammed VI of Morocco orders dispatch of further humanitarian aid to Gaza

RABAT, Aug 20 (NNN-KBC) — King Mohammed VI of Morocco, has issued high-level instructions to send additional humanitarian aid to the people of Gaza, according to a press release from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans Resident Abroad.

This new aid is further proof of the “permanent” support and “tangible” solidarity of HM King Mohammed VI, Chairman of the Al-Quds Committee, towards the brotherly Palestinian people.

The aid consists of around 100 tonnes of foodstuffs and medicines, specifically intended for vulnerable categories, particularly children and infants, the same source added.

King, Chairman of the Al Quds Committee, insisted that this humanitarian aid, like the previous ones, be transported by air, and delivered urgently and directly to the beneficiaries among the Palestinian brothers.

This generous Royal initiative reflects the Sovereign’s constant concern about the critical humanitarian situation facing the people of Gaza, as well as his unwavering commitment to alleviating their suffering, the press release concludes. — NNN-KBC
