NEW DELHI, Jan 16 (NNN-PTI) – At least five people died and two others injured, when a car collided with a bus, coming from the opposite direction, in India’s western state of Rajasthan yesterday, confirmed a local police officer.
The road mishap occurred in Rajasthan’s Nagaur district. Among the dead were an elderly woman and a young boy.
According to local media reports, the accident occurred in the morning due to dense fog.
The ill-fated car was on its way to Jodhpur from Nagaur, while the bus was going towards Bikaner.
The two injured were admitted to a local hospital.– NNN-PTI
