Int’l Air Service Resumes In Nepal After Five-Month Halt

KATHMANDU, Sept 2 (NNN-NEPALNEWS) – The international air service in Nepal has resumed, after more than five months of shut-down.

According to the Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), a total of 264 passengers arrived here from Qatar, on Tuesday alone.

“Two Nepal-based international airlines, brought these passengers, in two different charter flights,” a TIA official said.

The country has allowed 800 passengers per day, to enter Nepal, via air transport.– NNN-NEPALNEWS
