MINNEAPOLIS and TORONTO and SINGAPORE, May 8 (Bernama-GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Ceridian (NYSE: CDAY; TSX: CDAY), a global leader in human capital management (HCM) technology, today announced it has entered into a definitive share purchase agreement to acquire Excelity Global Solutions Pte Ltd. (Excelity), an Asia-based HCM service provider from the Everstone Group. The transaction is expected to close during the second quarter of 2020.
