Lebanon Records Lowest Single-Day Increase In COVID-19 Cases Since Outbreak

BEIRUT, Apr 20 (NNN-NNA) – Lebanon recorded, on Sunday, only one new COVID-19 case, the lowest single-day increase, since the outbreak of the disease in the country.

The total tally of infections has risen to 673, after the new case was added, according to the health ministry.

The ministry said, it is conducting random tests in areas that have not witnessed serious commitment to the general mobilisation, imposed by the government.

The ministry has also launched an application, allowing people to make appointments with physicians, if they suspect they are infected with the virus.– NNN-NNA
