BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Jan 16 (NNN-BBNEWS) – The 24th Brunei Consumer Fair is being held at the International Convention Centre, in Brunei’s capital Bandar Seri Begawan, from Jan 15 to 19, with over 400 booths participating and over 100 thousand consumers expected to visit.
The five-day event was officiated by Haji Mohd Amin Liew, Brunei’s Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office and Second Minister of Finance and Economy, which promises to bring bigger and more exciting activities and promotions to Bruneians.
According to a representative from the organiser, D’Sunlit Sdn Bhd, the fair features over 400 booths and sellers, including local vendors and other vendors from Southeast Asian countries and China.
As the largest consumer fair in Brunei, the event is rolling out exciting activities for the public, such as the Oriental Town, Lantern Making, Toy Donation Drive and the biggest Toy Warehouse Sale.
The first Consumer Fair was held in 2008, and it serves as a one-stop shop for the latest products and services, at promotional prices in Brunei.
Over 120,000 people visited last year’s 23rd edition of the fair.– NNN-BBNEWS
