AMMAN, Jan 16 (NNN-PETRA) – Jordan and Palestine’s Al-Quds Electricity Company, on Wednesday, signed an agreement, to increase electricity exports to the Palestinian territories.

Jordan will increase its electricity exports from 26 megawatts to 80 megawatts under the deal, Jordanian Minister of Energy, Hala Zawati said, at a press conference in the capital, Amman.

Increasing electricity exports will start from the end of this year, Zawati added.
