Yemen’s Houthis Arrest Two UN Workers On Charges Of “Espionage”

SANAA, Nov 26 (NNN-SABA) – Yemen’s Houthi militia, on Monday, said, they have arrested two UN workers on charges of espionage.

“Two Jordanian citizens, working with the United Nations, had been smuggled from the south of Yemen to the north. They were captured while carrying out acts of espionage,” the group’s al-Masirah TV reported, quoting a statement by Houthi humanitarian coordinator, Abdulmohsin Tawos.

The statement did not provide further details.
