KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 11 (Bernama) — We refer to the above and wish to inform that CCB’s major shareholder, Jardine Cyle & Carriage Limited, has today formally requested to the Company to undertake the Proposed SCR. A copy of the letter in relation to the Proposed SCR is attached herewith for your information in accordance with the Rules on Take-Overs, Mergers and Compulsory Acquisitions.
