Jordanian Company Signs Deal To Boost Jordan-China Investment Cooperation

AMMAN, Sept 11 (NNN-PETRA) – Jordan Industrial Estates Corporation (JIEC), signed a deal with Arab Businessmen Forum in China, to boost Jordan-China investment cooperation and promote Jordan’s investment environment.

The deal seeks to highlight the promotional efforts of Jordanian industrial zones, said a JIEC statement.

“Arab Businessmen Forum in China, with its widespread relations, serves as an umbrella for Arab and Jordanian investors in China,” JIEC CEO, Omar Jwaid, said.

The deal entails exchanging expertise and holding several promotional activities, Jwaid said.

It also includes plans for conducting training courses for JIEC’s employees, by linking them with related bodies in China, through the Arab Businessmen Forum in China.

Under the agreement, the two sides will hold a variety of forums and workshops, on promoting investment opportunities available in Jordan’s industrial zones affiliated to JIEC.– NNN-PETRA
