Rajasthan, India, June 24 – At least 14 people were killed and about 50 injured after a pandal fell on them due to strong winds and heavy rains during a religious programme in Barmer district of Rajasthan on Sunday, police said. Bangkok, Thailand, June 24 – Runners warm up before the marathon. One year on from their miraculous rescue, some of the 12 young Thai footballers trapped in a flooded cave have marked the anniversary of their ordeal with a commemorative marathon in northern Thailand. Around 4,000 took part in the marathon and biking event on Sunday morning, organised by local authorities to raise funds to improve conditions at the now famous Tham Luang cave complex. Kuala Lumpur, Jan 24 — Students from Malaysia’s Management and Science University (MSU) visiting the Peace Education Programme (PEP) booth at the recently held Asian Oil, Gas and Petrochemical Exhibition in Kuala Lumpur launched by Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng. For the first time, a non profit organisation The Prem Rawat Foundation (TPRF) participated as an exhibitor at the event sponsored by Kind Malaysia, a CSR initiative by United Business Media (Malaysia ) Sdn Bhd. UBM is also the fair organiser .
TPRF’s PEP is an educational tool offered to students, as well as corporate organisations with the basis that a staff’s well-being enhances productivity.
