KUWAIT CITY, Kuwait, Aug 18 (NNN-KUNA) – Kuwait condemned a drone attack on Shaybah Oil Field, in eastern Saudi Arabia, the Kuwaiti Foreign Ministry said, on Saturday.
This action is aimed at destabilising the security and stability of Saudi Arabia, and the global energy supply, which requires an international effort to avoid crises, conflicts and tension in the region, an official source in the ministry said, in a statement.
The source affirmed Kuwait’s full support for Saudi Arabia and all measures taken to maintain its security and stability.
A Saudi minister said, a drone attack on Saturday, caused a minor fire in a gas plant, in an oil field in eastern Saudi Arabia, the Saudi Press Agency reported.– NNN-KUNA
