More Than 20,000 Smuggled E-Cigarettes Seized In Northern Thailand

BANGKOK, Thailand, Aug 14 (NNN-TNA ) – More than 20,000 e-cigarettes, at the value of more than 11 million baht (358,890 U.S. dollars) were seized in northern Thailand’s Mukdhan, on Tuesday.

The e-cigarettes were hidden at a warehouse of a private company, at the bank of the Mekong river, in the northern province.

The e-cigarettes, with various flavours, were mixed with other products in six crates, according to the customs.

In 2014, Thailand banned the import, sale and servicing of e-cigarette.– NNN-TNA
