Halal Development Corporation Appoints Dato’ Mahmud Abbas as Chairman

PETALING JAYA, Aug 13 (Bernama) —  Halal Development Corporation (HDC), an agency under the Ministry of Economic Affairs Malaysia (MEA) today announced the appointment of Dato’ Mahmud Abbas as its Chairman effective 30 July 2019. The key focus of HDC is to drive revenue growth and sustainability of Malaysia’s halal industry in the global market.
