KABUL, Jan 31 (NNN-BNA) – Four people, all members of the same family, were killed, as the roof of their house collapsed, in southern Afghanistan’s Kandahar province, early today, a local official said.
The official, Abdul Salam Omar, said, the deadly incident took place in Daman district, in the early hours of today, killing three children and an elderly man. He provided no further details.
This is the second incident of its kind since last Thursday.
Earlier, a similar incident claimed seven lives and injured another person, in Jalalabad city, the capital of eastern Nangarhar province, on Thursday morning.– NNN-BNA
