YANGON, Jan 29 (NNN-MNA) – At least 12 people were killed last night, when a vehicle carrying about 27 members of a theatre troupe, plunged into a deep ravine, in Myanmar’s Magway Region, according to the Myanmar Theatrical Association.
The association announced the accident in a social media post late yesterday, and its staff later confirmed the details.
It has been coordinating rescue and relief efforts throughout the night.– NNN-MNA
