Five People Died In South India Fire Incident

NEW DELHI, Jan 25 (NNN-PTI) – Five people, trapped in a shop that caught fire, in India’s southern state of Telangana, were declared dead, today.

The fire incident took place in the Nampally area of Telangana’s capital city, Hyderabad, yesterday.

A senior police officer told media that, all the dead bodies had been recovered. There were two children among the dead.

Director-General of the state’s fire department, Vikarm Singh Mann, said that, the shop-owner would be prosecuted for criminal negligence.– NNN-PTI
