KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 29 (Bernama) — redONE Mobile, a community telco, through its charitable arm Yayasan redONE, continued its commitment to community care with a volunteer-led outreach initiative carried out in collaboration with Kechara Soup Kitchen (KSK) recently, supporting individuals experiencing homelessness and members of the urban poor across Kuala Lumpur.
Bringing together a team of 20 volunteers, the initiative focused on delivering food and support to underserved communities in the city. The volunteers were organised into five teams and deployed to Dang Wangi, Brickfields, Tun Perak, Pudu, and Petaling Street, where they collectively distributed more than 230 food packs to individuals who rely on such outreach efforts for daily sustenance.
