JOHOR BAHRU, Dec 23 (Bernama) — Johor Plantations Group Berhad (JPG) has strengthened its strategic position in renewable energy through the consolidation of JPG Greenergy Ventures Sdn Bhd (JPGGV) as a wholly owned subsidiary, reinforcing the Group’s Greenergy growth pillar.
The consolidation follows JPG’s execution of a share sale agreement to acquire the remaining 45% equity interest in JPGGV from MTC Orec Sdn Bhd.
