PORT MORESBY, Dec 22 (NNN-PINA) – An earthquake, with a magnitude of 5.3, jolted the New Britain region, Papua New Guinea, at 2307 GMT on Sunday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.
The epicentre, with a depth of 10 km, was initially determined to be at 5.66 degrees south latitude, and 151.84 degrees east longitude.– NNN-PINA
