PHNOM PENH, Dec 8 (NNN-AKP) – Four Cambodian civilians have been killed, in a Cambodia-Thailand border conflict, Cambodian Information Minister, Neth Pheaktra, said today.
“Three civilians were killed in Oddar Meanchey province, and one was killed in Preah Vihear province,” he said.– NNN-AKP
