5.1-Magnitude Quake Hit South Of Java

JAKARTA, Nov 24 (NNN-ANTARA) – An earthquake, with a magnitude of 5.1 jolted south of Java, Indonesia, at 2040 GMT yesterday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences, said.

The epicentre, with a depth of 10 kilometres, was initially determined to be at 9.38 degrees south latitude, and 111.87 degrees east longitude.– NNN-ANTARA
