NEW DELHI, Nov 6 (NNN-PTI) – Six women died, when a speeding train mowed them down, at a railway station in India’s northern state of Uttar Pradesh, yesterday, confirmed the local police.
The incident happened at the Chunar railway station, in Mirzapur district, when the women got down from the train on the tracks’ side instead of the platform.
In an official statement, the North-east Central Railway confirmed the deaths of six passengers in an official statement.– NNN-PTI
