KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 28 (Bernama) — UEM Edgenta Berhad (“UEM Edgenta” or “the Company”) today announced the appointment of Shaiful Subhan as its Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer (MD/CEO) effective 1 November 2025. Shaiful has served as the company’s Officer in Charge during the transition period since the departure of former MD/CEO Syahrunizam Samsudin on 31 August 2025.
Shaiful Subhan joined the Company in January 2023 as the Head of Healthcare Solutions and Managing Director of Edgenta Mediserve Sdn Bhd. In this role, he was instrumental in overseeing the company’s strategic direction, driving operational excellence, and growing its business within Malaysia’s healthcare support industry.
