COLOMBO, Oct 25 (NNN-LNW) – Sri Lankan police said yesterday that, they have arrested more than 190,000 suspects, for drug-related offenses between Jan 1 and Oct 22.
According to police data, a total of 190,938 suspects were arrested during the period.
Police said, they also seized 2,542 kilogrammes of crystal methamphetamine, 1,482 kilogrammes of heroin, and 14,443 kilogrammes of cannabis.– NNN-LNW
