Small Plane Crashed In Philippines, Killing Two

MANILA, Oct 19 (NNN-PNA) – Two people were killed, when an ultralight plane crashed on a rice field, in Tarlac province of the Philippines, north of Manila, yesterday, police said.

Police said, the plane was seen erratically circling the area before it went down at around 11.00 a.m. local time, in a village in the municipality of Concepcion.

Both the male pilot and the female passenger, aged 19 and 18, were pronounced dead at a local hospital, police added.

It was not clear what caused the plane to crash.– NNN-PNA
