LAE, Papua New Guinea, Oct 8 (NNN-XINHUA) – An earthquake, with a magnitude of 6.7, jolted 21 km west of Lae, Papua New Guinea, at 1105 GMT yesterday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicentre, with a depth of 107.0 km, was initially determined to be at 6.70 degrees south latitude, and 146.80 degrees east longitude.– NNN-XINHUA
