Kazakhstan To Boost Monthly Oil Export To Germany To 130,000 Tonnes Next Year

ALMATY, Oct 8 (NNN-KNA) – Kazakhstan will increase its oil exports to Germany to 130,000 tonnes per month next year, the press service of Kazakhstan’s national oil and gas company, KazMunayGas (KMG) reported, yesterday.

Following talks between KMG Chairman, Askhat Khassenov, and Johannes Bremer, CEO of Germany’s petroleum refining company, Rosneft Deutschland GmbH, the existing agreement on Kazakh oil supplies to Germany has been extended through the end of 2026.

Under the deal, monthly oil deliveries from the Karachaganak field operator’s resources, will rise from 100,000 to 130,000 tonnes.

It was reported earlier that, Kazakhstan expects to ship 1.7 million tonnes of oil to Germany through the Druzhba pipeline system, by the end of this year.– NNN-KNA
