KABUL, Sept 30 (NNN-BNA) – More than 14,800 foreign nationals have visited Afghanistan over the first six months of the year, reported the state-run Radio and Television of Afghanistan, yesterday.
Citing the country’s National Statistics and Information Authority, the state-owned media outlet said that, a total of 14,829 foreign nationals visited Afghanistan in the first six months of the year, via airports and land routes.
Out of these, a total of 1,315 individuals were tourists who visited historical sites and monuments, while the remaining entered the country to pursue jobs and education, according to the report.– NNN-BNA
