HANOI, Sept 9 (NNN-VNA) – A homemade firecracker explosion has left two dead, in northern Vietnam’s Bac Ninh province, yesterday.
According to the initial report, the explosion occurred in a rented apartment, where investigators found metal cans and pipes, suspected of being used in firecracker production.
The local authorities are conducting further investigation into the incident.– NNN-VNA
