NEW DELHI, Aug 19 (NNN-PTI) – Four people, including two women, died of asphyxiation, and one got injured, when a fire broke out in an electronics store, in West Delhi’s Raja Garden area yesterday, the local fire department said.
As soon as the fire broke out, personnel belonging to local police and the Delhi Fire Services, rushed to the spot for firefighting and rescuing job.
Deputy Commissioner of Police, Vichitra Veer, said, “On reaching there, it was informed by the people that five individuals were trapped inside. After efforts, all of them were taken out and sent to hospitals. Four people have lost their lives in this unfortunate accident, while one is under treatment.”– NNN-PTI
