ISLAMABAD, Jul 30 (NNN-APP) – Police in Pakistan’s federal capital, Islamabad, yesterday, recovered a big haul of narcotics and arrested five smugglers.
The capital police conducted anti-narcotics operations in two areas of Islamabad, and seized 13 kg of narcotics, including hashish, heroin, and methamphetamine, police said.
The arrested have been shifted to an undisclosed place for further interrogation.
Separate cases have been registered against the culprits, and extensive investigations have been launched to trace the broader network, behind the drug trade.– NNN-APP
