Kazakhstan’s Major Refineries Processed More Crude Oil In H1

ALMATY, Jul 25 (NNN-KNA) – Kazakhstan’s three major oil refineries, processed 8.83 million tonnes of crude oil, in the first six months of this year, up 685,000 tonnes, year on year, according to media reports.

Around 6.84 million tonnes of light petroleum products, including gasoline, diesel and jet fuel, were produced during the period, up 4.44 percent, year on year, the press service of Kazakhstan’s national oil and gas company, KazMunayGas, said yesterday.

It added that, the overall refining depth at the three refineries reached 89.61 percent, while the yield of light petroleum products amounted to 77.53 percent.– NNN-KNA
