New Zealand Launches Medical School To Strengthen Healthcare

WELLINGTON, Jul 22 (NNN-RNZ) – The New Zealand government has approved the establishment of a new medical school.

The inauguration of the country’s third medical school, set to open in 2028, at the University of Waikato, in the North Island, was announced yesterday.

New Zealand’s current two medical schools are at Auckland and Otago universities.– NNN-RNZ
