Israeli Attacks Across Gaza Killed 34 More Palestinians Yesterday; Overall Death Toll: 58,573

GAZA/JERUSALEM, Jul 18 (NNN-WAFA/MA’AN) – At least 34 more Palestinians were killed in Zionist Israeli airstrikes across Gaza, yesterday, whereas two rockets fired from northern Gaza towards Israel were intercepted, according to Palestinian and Israeli sources.

Two people were killed and seven others injured in an Israeli drone strike on the Holy Family church, housing displaced persons east of Gaza City, Mahmoud Basal, spokesman for the Civil Defence, said, adding, the church Parish Priest, Father Gabriel Romanelli, is among the injured.

According to local sources, the Zionist Israeli airstrike, which came shortly after members of the community performed a prayer inside the church, for peace, caused significant damage to the church, housing about 600 people, including those with special needs.

The Zionist Israeli military, yesterday, said in a statement that, it is aware of reports on the incident, the circumstances of which “are under review.”

Meanwhile, eight people were murdered in an Israeli attack on aid workers in the Sudaniya area, north-west of Gaza City, and six others were murdered in Israeli shelling of two residential apartments and a gathering of Palestinians, in several neighbourhoods of Gaza City, Basal said.

A Palestinian family of seven were murdered, in the bombing of their home, in the Jabalia area, northern Gaza, Basal said.

In central Gaza, four Palestinians were murdered in Israeli artillery shelling of a gathering of people, east of the Nuseirat refugee camp, and five others were murdered, in the bombing of a displaced persons’ tent, inside the Abu Helu school, in the adjacent Bureij camp, he said.

A small girl was murdered, and several others injured, in an Israeli drone strike on displaced persons’ tents, north-west of Khan Younis city, southern Gaza, Nasser Medical Complex in the city reported. A young man was murdered in an airstrike on the al-Mawasi area.

According to Palestinian security sources, the Zionist Israeli artillery, shelled the northern, eastern, and southern outskirts of Gaza City, amidst helicopter gunfire. The Zionist army also blew up residential buildings, in the cities of Rafah and Khan Younis.

Also yesterday, the Zionist Israeli military, said in a statement that, it has intercepted two rockets fired from northern Gaza towards southern Israel.

No injuries or damage have been reported in the incident.

Since the Israeli regime resumed its military onslaught in Gaza, on Mar 18, at least 7,750 Palestinians have been murdered, including women and children, and 27,566 others injured, bringing the overall death toll in Gaza since the conflict began in Oct 2023, to 58,573, with a total of 139,607 Palestinian people injured, according to data, released yesterday, by the health authorities in Gaza.– NNN-WAFA/MA’AN
