SYDNEY, Jul 4 (NNN-AAP) – The bodies of two men have been found inside a home, in Sydney’s inner suburbs, police said today.
According to a police statement, officers responded to reports of a concern for welfare, at a house in the inner-city suburb of Surry Hills yesterday afternoon, where they located the body of a man.
A crime scene was established, and a subsequent search located the body of a second man in another room.
The identities of the two men have not been confirmed, but they were believed to be aged in their 70s and 80s, respectively.
Initial investigations led police to believe that both men died at different times, within the last month.
A 63-year-old female occupant of the house was interviewed by detectives.
No arrests have been made and a police investigation into the deaths was ongoing.– NNN-AAP
