JOHOR BAHRU, July 3 (Bernama) — WM Senibong Sdn Bhd (WM Senibong), the developer known for projects such as Senibong Cove, Crest@Austin and The Kews, officially launched its second sales gallery at Crest@Austin over the weekend. The grand opening sparked widespread interest and attracted a steady stream of visitors over two days, allowing an exclusive preview of the township’s first lake-facing, apartment-style development.
Situated within the Emerald Business Park, the Crest@Austin proposed high-rise development spans 4.21 acres and is planned across two phases. Phase 1 will include Towers 1 and 2; with Tower 3 to follow in Phase 2; yielding approximately 900 residential units in total.
