Bangladesh Records Two More COVID-19 Deaths

DHAKA, Jun 14 (NNN-BSS) – Bangladesh yesterday, recorded two new COVID-19 deaths, during the past 24 hours, taking the overall death toll to 29,502, since the pandemic began.

The country, on Jun 5, recorded its first COVID-19 fatality this year, when a man died from the infectious disease in the capital, Dhaka.

The country also reported 15 new COVID-19 cases, with the daily test positivity rate jumping to 8.62 percent, in the 24 hours till 8:00 a.m. local time, yesterday.

Official data showed that, 174 samples were tested in the last 24 hours.– NNN-BSS
