SYDNEY, May 20 (NNN-AAP) – A man has been killed, in a late-night shooting in Sydney’s south-west suburbs.
Emergency services were called to reports that a man had been shot, at a home in Condell Park, 20 km south-west of central Sydney, about 10:30 p.m. last night.
A police statement said that, officers arrived at the scene and found a man in his 20s suffering from a gunshot wound.
He was treated by ambulance paramedics but could not be revived and died at the scene.
Police established a crime scene and detectives have commenced an investigation into the incident.
The Australian Broadcasting Corporation reported that, officers are investigating whether a burnt-out car found in a nearby suburb a short time later, is linked to the shooting.– NNN-AAP
