Seven Soldiers Killed In Terrorist Attack In NW Pakistan

ISLAMABAD, Jun 10 (NNN-APP) – Seven soldiers were killed, when terrorists targeted security forces, in the north-west Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, an army statement said, yesterday.

The Inter Service Public Relations (ISPR), the media wing of the Pakistani military, said that, an improvised explosive device exploded near a vehicle of the security forces, in Lakki Marwat district of the province, killing seven army personnel, including a senior officer.

A clearance operation was being carried out, to eliminate any terrorists found in the area, the statement said.– NNN-APP
