MANILA, Apr 26 (NNN-PNA) – A Chinese national drowned during scuba diving yesterday, in the waters off Mabini town, in Batangas province, south of Manila, the Chinese embassy in the Philippines said, today.
The Chinese national and friends were diving, when the accident happened, local police said, in a report today.– NNN-PNA
