ISLAMABAD, Mac 11 (NNN-APP) – At least four people were killed and 20 others injured yesterday, in a road accident in the Lakki Marwat district of Pakistan’s north-west Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, local rescue officials said.
According to the rescuers, a tractor trolley turned turtle at Chashma Road in Wanda Mir Alam area of Lakki Marwat.
Police and rescue teams rushed to the site and shifted the bodies and injured to a nearby hospital.
The rescue team said that, 24 people from the same family were on board the tractor trolley and they were going to attend a wedding ceremony, when the accident took place.
Initial investigation revealed that the accident took place after the driver lost control of the vehicle due to over-speeding.– NNN-APP
