Missing nurse found dead in Cyberjaya, 3 suspects picked up

SHAH ALAM, Malaysia, May 16 (NNN-BERNAMA) — The nurse from Hospital Serdang, Siti Kharina Mohd Kamaruddin, who had been reported missing since May 8, was found dead with slash wounds in a condominium on Wednesday.

Selangor Police Chief Datuk Noor Azam Jamaludin said the body of Siti Kharina was found by the owner of the condominium which had been rented out to the victim.

According to Noor Azam, the owner of the condominium had gone to the condominium to check when he saw traces of blood from one of the doors of the condominium and had called in the police.

The police found the victim with slash wounds in the chest, neck and head and confirmed that it was the body of Siti Kharina who had been reported missing earlier.

Meanwhile, the police early Thursday morning detained two suspects in relation to the case, a 35-year old Nigerian woman and a 38-year old Pakistani man from Kuala Lumpur.

The police is also on the search for another male suspect, Aliwajuwon Gilbertalowonle, to help with investigations into the case. The suspect is a Nigerian who came to Malaysia in January this year.
