Quezon City, Philippines, May 13 – Police personnel safeguard the Vote Counting Machines (VCM) and other election paraphernalia to be used for the May 13, 2019 Mid-Term polls. Security was tight with 160,000 police officers and 98,000 soldiers dispatched to guard more than 36,000 polling precincts nationwide.
