Five Killed In NW Pakistan’s Road Accident

ISLAMABAD, Nov 19 (NNN-APP) – Five people, including three children and a woman, were killed in a road accident in Pakistan’s north-western Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province yesterday, according to the police.

The accident occurred in Lakki Marwat district, where a pickup collided with a motorbike, on the main highway, the district police said in a statement.

The deceased individuals were members of the same family, and their bodies have been handed over to relatives after identification.

The pickup driver, who was transporting poultry in the district, sustained injuries in the accident and was taken to a nearby hospital, the police said.– NNN-APP
