World Bank Expects Malaysia’s Economy To Grow 4.3 Percent Next Year

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 11 (NNN-BERNAMA) – The World Bank said yesterday that, it expected Malaysia’s economy to grow 4.3 percent in 2024, amid global recovery.

The growth is slightly higher than its projected growth rate of 3.9 percent for Malaysia this year.

Last year, Malaysia’s economy grew 8.7 percent. The country’s gross domestic product (GDP) growth slowed to 2.9 percent in the second quarter of this year.– NNN-BERNAMA
