Chandigarh India, April 14 – Punjabi people in a traditional dress as they celebrating Baisakhi festival marks the beginning of the Sikh New Year in a wheat field outskirts of Chandigarh. The festival of Baisakhi marks the beginning of the Sikh New Year. It is also celebrated as harvest festival across the state of Punjab and all of northern India.
