Pakistan’s Former PM Imran Khan Arrested

ISLAMABAD, May 10 (NNN-APP) – Pakistan’s former Prime Minister, Imran Khan, was arrested yesterday, by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB), under alleged charges of corruption and corrupt practices, Interior Minister, Rana Sanaullah, said.

The minister told local media that, the NAB detained Khan from the premises of the Islamabad High Court, when he was presented there for the hearing of some cases against him.

He said that, “the arrest has been conducted by the NAB for causing losses to the national treasury.”– NNN-APP
